Are G2 and Niko finally going to show up this year and grab their first major? Will donk show that the Spirit youngsters are ready to be number one? Will Faze make a comeback and show that experience trumps young aimers?
We’re ready for all of it and if you are too, here is all the information for the CS2 Major schedule and every other S-tier tournament.
Major Schedule 2024
CS2 gets two majors for 2024, one in the first quarter of the year, and the next at the end of the year. Here’s all you need to know:

S-Tier Tournament Schedule
Majors are usually the most important events in CS, but other S-tier tournaments like Katowice or Cologne have just as much impact and sometimes are even more entertaining to watch than a major.

What To Expect From CS2 In 2024
It has been a crazy ride by now, with NaVi squeezing through a grabbing the Major trophy when no one expected it. Many believe it’s a fluke, so NaVi needs to grab a trophy to show the prowess of this international team. But also, will S1mple return to the scene with NaVi and help them win more trophies?
Furthermore, Team Spirit showed that they are a serious contender against these more experienced teams by being the first team to win the second trophy of this year.
G2 won IEM Dallas but looks like they need to do a lot of reshuffling to build a team that can follow through in the playoffs.
Mouz are also a very strong contender to be the best team in the world. The same applies to Faze Clan, but, if they manage to shake off the stress by getting into 7 consecutive finals and winning only won.
Vitality is also close to becoming the strongest CS2 team in 2024, but they often stumble in the playoffs and they yet have to secure a trophy for the year.
Either way, it’s an exciting year and we can’t wait to see what these teams will cook up for the upcoming tournaments.
