What is the Sv_Dz_Player_Spawn_Health? 

Sv_dz_player_spawn_health is a CS:GO health command that allows you to set the amount of health you will have while playing in Danger Zone mode. This command cannot be used to manipulate health in other modes.

To use this command you must first enable and access the developer console and you will do that by following these steps:

Each player starts the game with a default health of 120. If you want to change your spawn health, then you need to type sv_dz_player_spawn_health and the corresponding number to which you want to reduce it in the console. 

If you type sv_dz_player_spawn_health 100 your spawn health in Danger zone mode will be 100 instead of the default 120. You don’t need to include cheats for this command.
